When fully completed, the primary and secondary windings resemble two compact cylinders, and are assembled coaxially on the core legs.

The secondary winding is packed to the magnetic core, while the primary winding, which is assembled on the outside, is locked by means of silicone rubber supports and spacers that ensure a constant distance between primary and secondary windings.

The three medium-voltage phases are equipped with insulators during the casting process, and are interconnected by insulated cables forming the delta connection.

The low-voltage bars, normally located in the upper part of the transformer, are tinned with sections that vary according to the transformer rating and they ensure proper coupling with the copper.
