TMC sustainability assessment

TMC is proud to announce that we have been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze medal!

Achieving the bronze medal means that we asses our sustainable performance as one of the top 35% of the companies evaluated. EcoVadis uses a methodology that measures how we integrate CSR practices into daily operations. More precisely, the methodology assesses four different categories: environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement and TMC has been positively evaluated in all four of these categories.

This award is certainly a great goal, yet for our company, that means a starting point to pursue an even more sustainable path, fully supported by the effort of our expertise in finding new green solutions for greater results, since our company is committed to optimizing its production processes to reduce waste and emissions by adopting solutions that have a low environmental impact.

In this direction, we are currently engaged in defining the Life Cycle Assessment and EPD certification for our transformers, to reduce and recover waste, and we are exploring chemical processes to recover the resins utilized in our production processes.
