Medium voltage transformers, VPI transformers up to 25MVA

TMC produces medium-voltage transformers VPI transformers with power up to 25MVA and voltages up to class 36kV.

These products are typically required in thermal class C or R. The thermal class of the resin is the same as that of the insulating materials.

The insulating material is composed of aramid materials applied with double VPI cycles which perform well at maximum working temperatures and in the event of extreme thermal overloads.

The ability to withstand short-circuit forces is verified with FEA software.
