TMC Transformers SpA and QTC Energy (Public) Company Limited announce strategic Joint Venture to strengthen presence in East Asia

TMC Transformers SpA and QTC Energy (Public) Company Limited are pleased to announce that on October the 6th, the Joint Venture between the two companies has officially started by the name of “QTMC – QTC & TMC Joint Venture”.

After a long-term cooperation between the two parties, QTC and TMC decided to come together in a unique entity that combines TMC’s advanced technological expertise in dry-type transformers with QTC’s long-standing presence and transformers market knowledge in the Asia Pacific region. This strategic alignment is designed to offer a competitive and comprehensive product portfolio while ensuring proximity and responsive service to customers.
