Junior Project Manager Intern
TMC Transformers S.p.A., a global leader in the design and manufacture of medium- and low-voltage transformers, is seeking for a Junior Project Manager intern.
The successful candidate will gradually be tasked with supporting projects of varying complexity, overseeing internal coordination, client management, and project completion, with the aim of achieving the company’s objectives with its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of assigned projects from order signing through final acceptance;
- Serve as the interface with all internal technical and production departments to ensure the project is executed correctly;
- Monitoring project progress, identifying any issues, and taking the lead in managing and resolving them;
- Proactively managing relationships with internal departments and the client throughout the order fulfillment process;
- Supporting the management of documentation for assigned projects;
- Jointly managing any customer change requests and determining the resulting impacts in terms of costs and/or delivery schedules;
- Supporting the PM office in managing technical project documentation, such as drafting documents with cover sheets, tables of contents, and assembly;
- Checking and recording documentation;
- Submitting requests and/or arrangements for testing and inspections at the company’s headquarters to certification bodies and sending the necessary documentation
- Meeting with client representatives to clarify documentation-related matters

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field (preferably mechanical, electrical, or management engineering);
Technical skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language (French, German, Spanish) is a plus;
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips in Italy or abroad.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is considered a plus.

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Initiative and proactivity in taking on responsibilities, and reliability;
